This recipe is simple and anyone can manage it. An ideal choice for Christmas, but also suitable as a sweet treat with coffee any time of the year.

Preparation procedure

  • In a bowl, process the flour, sugar, coconut and grated hardened fat into a smooth dough. Put it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  • Roll out the dough and use an oval cutter to cut thin ovals.
  • Bake in a moderately heated oven so that the laskonky remain light and crisp. After baking, let them cool completely.
  • Prepare the cream – beat the butter with the powdered sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy, then work in the scalded nuts.
  • Sandwich the cooled laskonky two by two with the nut cream.
  • You can also decorate with chocolate glaze to taste.
