Preparation procedure
- Preparing the dough: Mix together all the ingredients for the dough (flour, powdered sugar, butter, egg, vanilla sugar and baking powder) and create a crumble.
- Preparing the pudding: From the milk, pudding powder and sugar, cook a thick pudding according to the instructions on the packaging.
- Assembling the cake: Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Line a baking sheet with baking paper and spread 2/3 of the prepared crumble on it. Evenly pour the warm pudding over the crumble and top with fruit of your choice (you can put different fruit on each half of the cake). Sprinkle with the remaining crumble.
- Baking: Bake the cake in a moderately preheated oven (approximately 180 °C) for 40–50 minutes, until the crumble is golden.
