  • Grind the sponge biscuits finely.
  • In a bowl, mix the sponge biscuit crumbs with the powdered sugar, cocoa, butter and rum.
  • Work into a firm mixture, from which form smaller balls.
  • Coat each ball in grated coconut.
  • Chill for at least 2–3 hours to allow the flavors to meld.
