Preparation procedure

  • Preparing the dough In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder and a pinch of salt. Add the chopped butter and work it into the dry mixture with your fingers. Add the egg and knead into a smooth dough. Wrap it in plastic wrap and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
