- Preparing the ingredients Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness, salt and pepper them. Slice the onion thinly, cut the red peppers into strips. If you are using a hot pepper, cut it into small pieces.
- Preparing the baking sheet Grease the baking sheet with a little oil and place the chicken on it. Spread mustard on each piece of meat.
