- Cook the broccoli in salted water.
- Remove the broccoli from the salted water, cut it into smaller pieces and let it cool slightly.
- Add the yogurt, whisk the eggs, add the chopped ham, salt and seasoning, and mix thoroughly.
- Layer everything into a baking dish lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes.
- Shortly before it’s done, sprinkle with grated cheese.
- TIP: Instead of ham, we can use pan-fried chicken cut into small pieces
