Preparation procedure

    1. Cook the broccoli in salted water.
    2. Remove the broccoli from the salted water, cut it into smaller pieces and let it cool slightly.
    3. Add the yogurt, whisk the eggs, add the chopped ham, salt and seasoning, and mix thoroughly.
    4. Layer everything into a baking dish lined with parchment paper.
    5. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes.
    6. Shortly before it’s done, sprinkle with grated cheese.
    7. TIP: Instead of ham, we can use pan-fried chicken cut into small pieces
