Preparation procedure

  • Grate the potatoes on a coarse grater, add the flour (however it depends on the consistency (see video)), salt and work the dough.
  • Flour the kitchen board and shape small patties, which you then fry on a preheated dry pan on each side. Brush the finished lokša with butter.
  • You can serve them with liver pâté, or a healthier Nutella :)
