We mix all the ingredients for the batter together to create a thinner batter. If it becomes very thick, add a little water (I noticed that when I used a different brand of flakes than I'm used to, the flakes ,,absorbed'' more water and I had to add more so the batter had the consistency shown in the video)
Pour the finished batter into a silicone mold and bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for 30 minutes (I recommend checking it, because every oven bakes differently)
After baking, let the cake base cool, scoop out the center (see video), make crumbs from the remaining pieces and set them aside.
Press the cake base along the sides and bottom.
Prepare the filling from the quark and flavoring drops.
Pour part of the filling onto the bottom of the cake base, arrange the bananas on top of it and pour the remaining part of the filling.
Sprinkle the top of the cake with the crumbs from the scooped-out cake… gently press and let it set in the refrigerator.
