- Preheat the grill to high heat (if you don't have one, you can use a non-stick frying pan).
- In a bowl, mix the ground beef, flakes (breadcrumbs), egg, chopped green onions, 1 tablespoon of Cajun seasoning and the Dijon mustard.
- Shape the mixture into 4 patties.
- In a smaller bowl, mix the barbecue sauce and half a tablespoon of Cajun seasoning.
- Spray the hot grill (pan) with oil, place the patties and cook 5 minutes on each side until they're cooked through.
- Cut the buns and place them on the grill to toast.
- Then, spread a little ketchup (tomato paste) on one half of each bun, top with slices of vegetables, the patty, drizzle with the spiced barbecue sauce, and close with the other half of the bun lightly spread with mustard.
