- We mix all the ingredients in a medium-sized bowl except for the egg, seeds, and butter. Mix thoroughly and form a dough.
- Let the dough rise for about 1 hour in a warm place.
- Now roll out the finished dough on the work surface. It should form a circle. Cut small triangles out of the dough.
- Brush the triangles with butter and roll them up. Then place the finished rolls on a baking sheet, which we previously lined with parchment paper.
- Finally, brush with a beaten egg and sprinkle with any seeds you like.
- Bake at 200 degrees until golden!
- Take out of the oven and it's done!
