    1. Rinse the meat, cut it into small pieces, add powdered gelatin, herbs, crushed garlic, pepper and salt. Mix everything and let stand for 20 minutes.
    2. Place the meat into a baking bag, tie it with string, put it into a can and press it down well.
    3. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees and bake the ham for approximately 50 minutes (this also depends on your oven). You can place a plate or a baking tray under the can.
    4. When the ham is done, let it cool and place it in the refrigerator for 12 hours.
    5. The homemade treat is ready!
