- Batter preparation: Beat the eggs in a bowl with the milk, a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Coating the cheese: Coat the slices of cheese first in flour, then in the egg mixture and finally thoroughly in breadcrumbs. For a crispier result you can repeat the coating (double coating).
- Frying: Heat a sufficient amount of oil in a pan. Fry the cheese on both sides until golden. Make sure the oil is hot enough – this will prevent the cheese from melting and spreading.
