Preparation procedure

    1. We clean the peppers, onions and garlic, cut the tomatoes including the skin and cut the meat into smaller pieces. Be careful with the hot peppers so the mixture isn't too spicy.
    2. We grind it all in a meat grinder. We add vegeta, pepper and half of a sifted deka and put it into a pot.
    3. We mix everything well and cook for 1.5 hours – stir from time to time.
    4. We blend the hot mixture and put it into clean jars, close them.
    5. I sterilize in the oven – all the jars fit in it at once.
    6. We place newspaper on the bottom of the tray and pour boiling or hot water into it – about 2 cm from the edge of the tray.
    7. In an oven heated to 200 degrees we sterilize from the boiling point for 20-25 minutes.

This homemade spicy pâté is a great way to process seasonal vegetables and meat and create a long-lasting delicacy full of flavor. Thanks to the simple preparation and subsequent sterilization, you can enjoy it any time of the year. The pâté is ideal on bread, canapés, toasts or as a spicy base for cold dishes.
