- Start with boiled potatoes, which you peel and cut into small cubes.
- Use the wheel that we use when preparing potatoes for potato salad, this way you'll achieve really small pieces of potato.
- In a second bowl prepare the onion finely chopped and add pepper and salt to it, mix and let stand for a while.
- When the onion softens, add it to the potatoes and pour over everything the sweet-and-sour brine that you get from the pickled cucumbers.
- Use 100 – 200 ml and mix the salad thoroughly.
- Again let the salad stand and meanwhile prepare the salami.

- Cut it into thin strips. Also cut the cucumber into small pieces.
- Then add the salami, cucumbers and peas to the potatoes.
