    1. Start with boiled potatoes, which you peel and cut into small cubes.
    2. Use the wheel that we use when preparing potatoes for potato salad, this way you'll achieve really small pieces of potato.
    3. In a second bowl prepare the onion finely chopped and add pepper and salt to it, mix and let stand for a while.
    4. When the onion softens, add it to the potatoes and pour over everything the sweet-and-sour brine that you get from the pickled cucumbers.
    5. Use 100 – 200 ml and mix the salad thoroughly.
    6. Again let the salad stand and meanwhile prepare the salami.
    7. Don't miss: Homemade bread like grandma's. The preparation is simple but the taste is exceptional!
    8. Cut it into thin strips. Also cut the cucumber into small pieces.
    9. Then add the salami, cucumbers and peas to the potatoes.
    10. Mix everything together well, add salt or pepper to taste, add mayonnaise and mustard and mix everything well again.
    11. If the mayonnaise seems too sour to you, you can add sugar.
    12. Then put the salad in the refrigerator so that all the flavors meld together.
    13. You can serve the salad on its own with bread or it is also a suitable ingredient for open-faced sandwiches with ham.
