1/2 cup sugar (brown)
1 tablespoon gelatin
1/2 package of vanilla sugar

Preparation procedure

Prepare the gelatin exactly according to the instructions on the package.
Let it swell and heat it to a high temperature.
Careful, it must not boil.
In a blender mix together the yogurt, sour cream and sugar.
Mix for about 3 minutes.
Then we add the prepared gelatin and thoroughly, again thoroughly, mix.
Pour into a bowl and put in the fridge to chill for 3-4 hours.
Finally, we can also decorate with any ingredients – nuts, grated chocolate or berries.
