  • Preparing the base mixture: In a saucepan, mix the sugar with the mineral water and heat while stirring constantly until the sugar dissolves. Add the melted butter, powdered milk and ground coconut. Mix everything thoroughly until a thick, smooth mass forms.
  • Cooling: Transfer the mixture to a bowl, cover it with plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator for 3–4 hours so it firms up and can be easily shaped.
  • Shaping the balls: From the chilled mixture, shape small balls. Place a whole almond in the center of each and seal it inside.
  • Finishing: Roll the finished balls in grated coconut to give them the typical „snowy“ appearance. Store them in the refrigerator where they will stay fresh for several days.
