You’ll fall in love with these delicious rolls at the first bite! The combination of honey, cinnamon and caramel condensed milk is irresistible and every piece literally melts in your mouth. Make this excellent dessert to delight your loved ones and yourself.

    1 can of caramel condensed milk (optional: whipped with 150 g butter)

      Preparation procedure

      • Dough preparation: Preheat the oven to 180 °C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Beat the eggs with the sugar until a fluffy foam forms. Add the honey and vanilla flavoring. Gradually fold in the sifted flour mixed with baking powder. Spread the finished batter evenly on the baking sheet.
      • Baking: Bake in the preheated oven for about 10–15 minutes, until the batter turns golden. After baking, let it cool slightly.
      • Filling: Spread the baked sheet with caramel condensed milk. If you want a thicker and richer cream, whip the condensed milk with butter. Set aside some of the cream to spread on top.
      • Rolling: Firmly roll up the spread sheet of dough. Cut into smaller pieces (approx. 2 cm wide).
      • Finishing: Spread each roll with the remaining cream and coat in a mixture of ground nuts and cinnamon. For a more pronounced flavor, briefly toast the nuts in a dry pan.

      • Finishing: 10 minutes
      • Total: 40 minutes

      Tip: This dessert is great with coffee or as a sweet treat for guests. If you like to experiment, try adding a little grated chocolate to the nut mixture.
