Preparation procedure

    1. We pour both types of flour into a larger bowl, make a well in the middle and pour the water into it.
    2. We stir with a wooden spoon until a uniform dough forms. The dough should be soft and smooth.
    3. My recommendation is not to salt the halušky dough so that they don't fall apart in the water. Using a halušky maker, we drop it into boiling water.
    4. We cook briefly, about 5 minutes. Then we drain and, while still hot, mix with processed cheese (do not drain the halušky for too long so they retain some moisture).
    5. We add a few drops of bacon drippings and mix, seasoning to taste with salt.
    6. We can make a second batch, for example the classic with bryndza and bacon. These halušky are truly delicious!
