This recipe for ground-meat patties is absolutely excellent and will outshine all other ground-meat dishes. It is simple to prepare and the resulting taste is simply unbeatable. Once you try them, you’ll only make them this way!

Preparation procedure

  • Preparation of the patties: Soak the bread in 100 ml of milk, squeeze it out and add it to the meat mixture (mix the ground pork and ground chicken). Add the chopped onion, salt and pepper. Pour the remaining milk into the mixture and mix well until a uniform mass forms. If the mixture is too runny, add a little breadcrumbs or rolled oats. Shape individual patties from the mixture and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Preparing the topping: Grate the cheese on a grater and mix it with the sour cream, eggs and chopped dill. Spread the mixture evenly over the surface of the patties.
  • Baking: Bake the patties in a preheated oven at 200 °C for 25 minutes, or longer if necessary, until the meat is fully cooked. Baking time depends on the oven type and the thickness of the patties. Finally, garnish the patties with mayonnaise from a piping bag.
