Preparation procedure

    1. Carrot forms the base of the whole salad. Therefore, first grate it finely, together with the celery and apples. Mix everything thoroughly.
    2. Then pour plain yogurt over the prepared mixture and add the pressed garlic and olive oil. Season to taste.
    3. This salad is best when allowed to rest for a while, as all the flavors will perfectly meld. We therefore recommend letting the salad sit aside for at least 1 hour.
    4. Since this is a fitness salad, we used plain yogurt in the recipe. However, you can also use mayonnaise.
