  • Put the prepared mixture into a saucepan, bring to a boil and cook for about 2 minutes
  • Add the prepared gelatin to the mixture and mix everything well
  • Add a pinch of salt to the egg white and beat it into a thick foam
  • Gently fold the beaten egg white into the curd cheese mixture and cook it a little longer
  • Pour the finished cream into ice cream bowls and let it cool for about 1.5 to 2 hours
  • If you want to improve the dessert, you can decorate it in the bowl with fresh fruit such as blueberries, raspberries or strawberries. You can add a few sponge biscuits on top
