- First, we peel the onion and the carrot and then cut the onion into the smallest possible pieces and we can grate the carrot (it doesn't have to be completely fine). Then we wash the chicken meat and livers and also cut them into small pieces. We pour the chopped vegetables and meat into a bowl.
- Then we take the bread and cut it into small cubes and add it to the bowl. To the mixture of vegetables and meat we add finely chopped dill and parsley and also salt and pepper to taste. We press three cloves of garlic and add them to the other ingredients as well. We add one more egg and mix everything as best as possible, ideally with our hands. We should knead a mixture that is slightly "sticky" and does not crumble. If this is not the case, we can add a little water.
- We boil the remaining five eggs hard and after cooking we peel them cold. We prepare a baking dish (like for a bundt cake) and grease it with oil. Then we press some of the mixture into the bottom and arrange the cooked eggs around it. Next we cover them with the remaining mixture, level it and finally brush with oil.
- We put the meat filling with eggs into an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for about 45 minutes. After taking it out of the oven we let it cool slightly and the turned-out savory cake is cut into pieces and served.
