  • Whipping the cream: Pour the whipping cream into a bowl and whip until it thickens.
  • Preparing the quark cream: Blend the quark with powdered sugar and add it to the whipped cream. Mix everything thoroughly until a smooth mixture forms.
  • Dividing the cream: Divide the base cream into two parts. Add cocoa or Granko to one part and mix well again.
  • Layering: In a bowl, first layer the dark cream, then add the light cream.
  • Adding the biscuits: Place a layer of baby sponge biscuits or cookies in the middle of the dessert.
  • Decorating with chocolate: Grate chocolate over the top of the dessert or add a chocolate glaze prepared from melted chocolate in cream.
  • Chilling: Let the dessert set in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, then serve.
