Ingredients

For the batter:

2 eggs
1 cup milk
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup melted butter
1 package baking powder
1 cup powdered sugar

For the coconut layer:

1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup coconut

For pouring over the cake:

1 cup heavy cream
powdered sugar to taste
coconut for sprinkling

Preparation procedure

Preparing the batter: Beat the eggs with the powdered sugar and add the melted butter. Gradually stir in the milk, flour and baking powder into the mixture and beat until smooth.
Baking: Spread the batter evenly onto the prepared baking tray and sprinkle it with the coconut and sugar mixture. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 °C for approximately 25 minutes, until the cake turns golden.
