- 1. Batter preparation: In a deep bowl, mix the wheat flour, 2 eggs, 200 ml milk, sunflower oil, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt. Let the batter rest for 30 minutes.
- 2. Filling: Create a homogeneous mixture by combining 50 g butter with 50 g sugar, add the cream cheese, quark, 2 egg yolks, raisins and sour cream. Let the mixture rest for a while.
- 3. Egg whites: In a separate bowl whisk 3 egg whites and then gently fold them into the curd cheese mixture.
- 4. Frying the pancakes: Fry the pancakes in a pan until golden. Place the prepared filling on each pancake and roll them up. Then lightly pan-fry them again over low heat.
- 5. Baking: Grease a deep dish with butter and arrange the pancakes in it. Prepare a mixture of 100 ml milk, one egg yolk and a tablespoon of sugar, which you will pour over the pancakes.
- 6. Finishing in the oven: Bake at 180 °C for 30 minutes. After baking, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
