500 g butter cookies
500 ml whipping cream
3 eggs
11 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons instant coffee (NESCAFÉ or cappuccino)
a little milk for dipping the cookies
optional – a few drops of rum flavoring
grated chocolate for sprinkling

Preparation procedure

Preparing the whipped cream: Whip the whipping cream with half of the sugar to a stiff consistency. Set aside in the fridge.
Preparing the coffee base: Beat the eggs with the remaining sugar until foamy. Place the mixture over a water bath and whisk until it begins to thicken. Add the instant coffee and mix well so the coffee completely dissolves. Then let cool.
