Preparation procedure
- First, prepare a pan/form in which we will begin to layer the cake.
- Place the first layer of ladyfingers on the bottom.
- Arrange banana slices on the ladyfingers.
- In a larger bowl, using a mixer, whip the mascarpone with the sweetened condensed milk, which we don't need to cook beforehand.
- Finally add the vanilla pudding and mix into a smooth cream.
- Pour the whipping cream into a bowl as well and whip it until stiff.
- Pour in the milk and you can also add vanilla extract.
- Fold the condensed-milk cream into the whipped cream in portions and layer it over the ladyfingers with banana.
- If you want, you can make two layers as well.
- Do it like this: put only half the cream on the ladyfingers with banana, then again ladyfingers with banana and on them the second half of the cream.
- On top place more ladyfingers, optionally sprinkle a little cocoa or chocolate powder (Granko).
- Put it in the fridge and let it set for at least an hour or two.
