  • Preparing the cream: Pour the milk into a pot, add the sugar and semolina. Heat over low heat and stir until the mixture thickens. Add the butter and stir until it melts.
  • Dividing the cream: Divide the mixture into two parts. Stir cocoa into one and mix well to create a chocolate cream. To the other part add the vanilla sugar and a few drops of lemon juice for freshness.
  • Layering the dessert: Spread a layer of cookies on the bottom of the baking dish. Pour a layer of chocolate cream onto the cookies and smooth it. Add another layer of cookies and pour the white cream with vanilla sugar over it. Finish with the final layer of cookies.
  • Chilling: Place the dessert in the refrigerator and let chill for at least 2 hours so the layers meld and the dessert sets well.
