  • Biscuit mixture In a blender, blend the biscuits together with the cocoa and softened butter until a crumbly but cohesive consistency is achieved.
  • Sweetening In a small saucepan or a microwave-safe mug, dissolve the granulated sugar in 100 ml of hot water. Let cool briefly.
  • Combining and sweetening Pour the sugar water over the processed biscuits and mix well. A moist mass will form.
  • Adding the coconut Gradually fold 100 g of coconut into the mixture so it is evenly distributed.
  • Shaping the roll On plastic wrap evenly spread the prepared mixture into a rectangle (approx. 1 cm thick). Reserve a tablespoon of coconut and powdered sugar from the mixture for sprinkling.
