Ingredients: 500 ml milk; 100 g sugar; 100 g semolina; 500 ml milk; 5 tablespoons granulated sugar; 2 vanilla pudding mixes (approx. 80 g); 75 g margarine; 75 g whipping cream; 250 ml whipping cream; 150 g dark cooking chocolate

Prepare the basic semolina cream: In a pot bring 500 ml milk to a boil, add 100 g sugar and 100 g semolina. Cook while stirring constantly until a thick porridge forms. Pour it into a pan lined with parchment paper and let it cool.

Cook the pudding: Using 500 ml milk, 5 tablespoons sugar, and 2 vanilla pudding mixes, cook a thick pudding. Let it cool completely.

Prepare the second cream: Whip the margarine until frothy, add the cooled pudding and 75 g whipping cream. Whip everything together well into a smooth cream. Layer it onto the semolina base.

Chocolate glaze: Heat the whipping cream (250 ml) in a pot, add the broken chocolate and stir until completely melted. Let it cool slightly and pour over the creamy layer.
