Are you craving a delicious dessert that literally melts in your mouth and won’t keep you at the oven for hours? This no-bake creamy cake is absolutely ideal. It only takes a few basic ingredients, no complicated baking – and the result will pleasantly surprise you.

Preparation procedure

  • Prepare the basic semolina cream: In a pot bring 500 ml milk to a boil, add 100 g sugar and 100 g semolina. Cook while stirring constantly until a thick porridge forms. Pour it into a pan lined with parchment paper and let it cool.
  • Cook the pudding: Using 500 ml milk, 5 tablespoons sugar, and 2 vanilla pudding mixes, cook a thick pudding. Let it cool completely.
  • Prepare the second cream: Whip the margarine until frothy, add the cooled pudding and 75 g whipping cream. Whip everything together well into a smooth cream. Layer it onto the semolina base.
  • Chocolate glaze: Heat the whipping cream (250 ml) in a pot, add the broken chocolate and stir until completely melted. Let it cool slightly and pour over the creamy layer.
  • Setting: Place the cake in the refrigerator for at least 3–4 hours, ideally overnight, so it firms up nicely.
