  • Prepare the fruit: Peel the fruit, cut it into smaller pieces and drizzle with lemon juice so it doesn't brown and stays fresh.
  • Break the biscuits: Break the milk biscuits into larger pieces. These will later serve as the base and structure of the dessert.
  • Prepare the gelatin cream: Prepare the gelatin according to the instructions. In a larger pot, dissolve the powdered milk in water, add the gelatin, vanilla extract and sugar. Briefly simmer until everything combines into a smooth mixture.
  • Layering into the mold: Sprinkle the chopped fruit into a cake tin or a deeper bowl, add the biscuits and pour over the still-warm milk mixture.
  • Setting: Let the dessert cool and then place it in the refrigerator preferably overnight so it sets perfectly.
  • Finishing: After setting, remove the dessert from the mold, drizzle with chocolate glaze and sprinkle with chopped nuts. Slice and serve.
