- 1. Preparation of the white cream: Melt the white chocolate in a water bath and let it cool. Whip 200 ml of cream, add the mascarpone and whip on low speed. Slowly fold in the melted white chocolate. When the cream is firmer, gently fold in the 3 cups of cereals.
- 2. Preparation of the brown cream: Melt the milk chocolate in a water bath. Stir the cooled milk chocolate into the remaining 150 ml of whipped cream and mix well so the ingredients combine.
- 3. Assembling the dessert: Line a baking tray or cake pan with baking paper. Arrange whole butter biscuits in it. Pour the white cream over them, layer biscuits again and pour over the brown cream.
- 4. Chilling and serving: Sprinkle the top with a handful of cereals and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the dessert to set well.
