In a saucepan, mix the water, butter and sugar, place on the heat and let it melt.

Leave on the heat and stir until all the ingredients come together.
Remove from the heat and let the mixture cool.
From the prepared dough form balls, and wrap a walnut in the center of each.
Preparing the coating:
In a bowl, melt the chocolate with Cero.
When the mixture is liquid, add the chopped nuts and then coat the balls in this mixture.
Let them set on a baking sheet lined with baking paper in the cold.
Then serve in decorative paper cups.
