Ingredients: 397 g condensed milk; 200 ml whipping cream; 200 ml milk; 50 g grated coconut; 10 g gelatin; 25 long ladyfingers; 150 ml vanilla-sweetened milk; 200 ml whipping cream; 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar; grated coconut; Raffaello balls (optional)

Preparing the gelatin – Let the gelatin swell in water (add only enough water to cover it).

Cream base – Heat the milk in a pot, add the coconut, remove from the heat and let cool.

Cream mixture – In a bowl, mix the condensed milk with the whipping cream, add the cooled coconut milk and stir well.

Adding the gelatin – Dissolve the gelatin in a bain-marie or in the microwave and stir it into the cream. Let cool for a few minutes.

Assembling the layer – In a cake pan lined with foil place a layer of ladyfingers soaked in the sweetened milk, spread half of the cream over them.

Additional layers – Add a second layer of ladyfingers, spread with the remaining cream and finish with a third layer of ladyfingers.

Chilling – Wrap the dessert tightly in foil and leave in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours (preferably overnight), until the cream sets and the ladyfingers soften.

Finishing – Whip the cream with the vanilla sugar until stiff, spread over the top of the dessert and sprinkle with grated coconut. You can decorate with Raffaello balls.
