- Preparing the pan: You can prepare the dessert in a regular baking pan or in an aluminum foil grill pan. Line the bottom of the pan with baby sponge biscuits.
- Banana layer: Place banana slices on the biscuits so they cover the entire surface.
- Preparing the cream: Transfer the mascarpone to a larger bowl and beat at low speed. Then add the Salko and mix well. Whisk the pudding powder into the cold milk until the mixture thickens. Then add the pudding mixture to the mascarpone with Salko and mix everything together. Finally add the vanilla extract.
- Whipped cream: Whip the whipping cream together with the stabilizer until stiff peaks form and gently fold it into the mascarpone cream.
- Assembling the dessert: Spread the finished cream over the banana layer and smooth it. On top, add another layer of biscuits.
- Chilling: Place the dessert in the refrigerator and let it set, ideally overnight.
