  • Preparing the meat: Wash the pork, pat dry and cut into slices (about 1 cm thick). Salt and pepper each slice to taste.
  • Coating the meat: Coat the meat slices in all-purpose flour. Then dip them into the beaten egg. Coat them again in all-purpose flour and then in egg once more. Coarsely grate the hard cheese and coat the meat slices with it.
