  • Preparing the lemon cream Put the mascarpone, sugar and plain yogurt into a bowl. Add the eggs, lemon juice and vanilla. Finally stir in the plain flour. Mix everything thoroughly to create a smooth cream without lumps.
  • Baking Pour the cream onto the chilled cookie base. Preheat the oven to 170 °C and bake the dessert for approximately 25–30 minutes. The cream should set but remain soft and slightly creamy.
  • Chilling After baking, let the dessert cool completely at room temperature. Then place it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to let the flavors meld and the cream firm up.
