- It isn't complicated, because you first need to prepare the onion: peel it and then cut it into smaller pieces. Next take the meat and chop it so that it has shorter strands. Then just preheat the oven, pour oil onto a baking tray and scatter the onion on it. Put it into an oven preheated to 180 degrees and let it become translucent. Then add the pieces of minced meat as well. After a few dozen minutes the base for the sauce is ready. Add the crushed tomatoes to it and season with salt and pepper, optionally with herbs or a chili pepper.
- Now take the pasta, ideally spaghetti. Simply break it in half by snapping and evenly spread it over the baking dish, into the sauce itself. It will finish cooking perfectly in it and will also absorb its flavor. Then all that's left is the cheese, which you sprinkle evenly and generously over the whole mixture. Return everything to the oven and bake until the pasta is perfectly tender and the cheese is melted and begins to brown slightly.
- When it's done, you can serve the spaghetti from the oven. Take a pasta server, a deep plate, and help yourself as much as you like. Once you taste it, you'll surely be impressed by the perfection of the result. And after the meal you only need to wash a single baking sheet — not a row of pots that get dirty when you prepare it the classic way.
