Preparation procedure

  • Base: Blitz or crush the biscuits finely and mix with the softened butter. Divide the crumbs between 3 glasses and press down on the bottom with the back of a spoon. Chill.
  • Cream: Whip the cream with the powdered sugar to stiff peaks. In another bowl combine the yogurt with the cream cheese, then gently fold in the whipped cream with a spatula. Divide the cream evenly into the glasses on top of the biscuit base and return to the fridge for at least 1 hour.
  • Fruit topping: Put the fruit into a saucepan with the sugar and lemon juice. Simmer gently, stirring for 2–3 minutes, until the sugar dissolves and the fruit releases its juice. Let cool for 5–10 minutes.
  • Finishing: Layer the lukewarm fruit mixture over the set cream. Place the glasses back in the fridge until serving.
