Preparation procedure

  • Preparing the meat Wash and dry the loin slices. Lightly pound them, season with salt and pepper. Coat one side of each cutlet in flour and place it floured-side down on the greased baking dish.
  • Brushing with mustard and topping Spread mustard evenly over the top of the meat. Place onion rings on each slice and sprinkle with grated smoked cheese.
