Put into the home bread maker first the wet ingredients and then the dry ones. If you don’t have a bread maker, use the classic sourdough/starter method: prepare the starter, knead the dough and let it rise. After rising, roll out the dough, cut into pieces with a pastry wheel or cutter, fill with the mixture and on the baking sheet let them rise another 10 minutes, then brush with beaten egg and bake.
I baked at 200 degrees (convection) until the dough was golden.
In half a liter of milk, cook the pudding with sugar + the vanilla one, let it cool and then beat it together with the quark.
