Preparation procedure

  • Beat the eggs with the sugar, vanilla sugar and mineral water until foamy. Add the oil, flour mixed with the chocolate, the nuts and the baking powder.
  • Spread the batter onto a baking sheet lined with paper and greased.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Let cool.
  • For the cream, first soak the gelatin in cold water. Mix the sour cream, yogurt and sugar.
  • Dissolve the gelatin according to the instructions and stir. Add the gelatin and the whipped cream to the cream.
  • Spread a little cream over the cooled cake. Mix the milk and rum, dip the ladyfingers in them and place on the cream.
  • Cover with more cream, fruit and the remaining cream.
  • Chill for 4-5 hours.
  • Finally sprinkle with grated chocolate.
