- Salt and season the thighs
- Dust with flour and sear quickly in oil
- Remove the thighs from the oil
- Add the chopped bacon and onion to the drippings
- Fry and add the garlic sliced into rounds and the bell pepper
- Sauté the tomato paste and pour in approx. 200 - 250 ml of water
- Pour this into a roasting pan together with the thighs
- Place a slice of butter on each thigh and cover with a lid or aluminum foil
- Bake for about 30 minutes
