  • Stir thoroughly and let stand 5 minutes at room temperature
  • Then stir in the flour, finely grated hard cheese and knead the dough
  • When the dough is ready, divide it into five pieces and shape langos by hand or with a rolling pin
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry in the usual way on both sides until golden
