Preparation procedure

  • Making the batter: Beat the eggs together with the powdered sugar until foamy.
  • Mixing the ingredients: Add the cream, vanilla sugar, baking powder and flour to this mixture. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
  • Preparing the pan: Grease the bundt pan and dust it with flour or breadcrumbs.
  • Pouring the batter: 1/2 of the batter — pour into the pan. Stir a tablespoon of cocoa into the remaining batter and then layer the dark batter over the light one.
  • Baking: Place the pan with the batter into a preheated oven and bake at 180 °C for approximately 35 minutes.
  • Preparing the chocolate glaze: Meanwhile prepare the chocolate glaze by melting the chocolate in a double boiler and stirring 100 g of butter into it.
  • Finishing: After baking, let the bundt cake cool for a while, then turn it out of the pan and pour the prepared glaze over it.
