Do you love the Margot bar or are you craving something sweet the whole family will like? Try these Margot slices! It’s a simple recipe that will give you delicious slices full of chocolate pudding and sour cream, sprinkled with grated Margot.

Preparation procedure
- Preparing the dough: In a larger bowl, beat 3 egg yolks with the sugar until light and fluffy. Gradually add the oil and then alternately the flour mixed with the baking powder and the milk. Finally, gently fold in the stiffly beaten egg white foam.
- Baking: Pour the batter into a greased and floured baking tray with a higher edge and spread it evenly. Prepare the chocolate pudding according to the instructions (mix the milk, sugar, cocoa and pudding) and while still warm pour it in a zig-zag pattern over the surface of the batter. The pudding should slightly seep into the batter. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for about 30 minutes.
- Topping: Spread the sour cream mixed with the vanilla sugar over the still-warm baked base. Sprinkle the surface with coarsely grated Margot (for easier grating, put the bar in the freezer for a while).
- Cooling: Let the finished slices cool and then store them in the refrigerator so they can set well before serving.
