- Preparing the marinade: Mix all the ingredients for the marinade together and stir thoroughly until everything is combined. Place the cut pieces of pork neck into the marinade and let marinate for at least 2 hours.
- Preparing the baking tray: Grease the baking tray with a little oil. Layer the sliced potatoes and onions on the tray. Salt, pepper, and add Vegeta to taste.
- Adding the meat: Add the marinated pork neck, including the marinade, on top of the potatoes and onions.
- Baking: Place the tray into a preheated oven at 190 °C and bake for about 1 hour. For the first 30 minutes bake under foil so the meat stays juicy. If needed, baste with a little water or stock.
- Finishing: Once the meat is sufficiently cooked, remove from the oven and serve.
