Preparation procedure

  • Preheat your oven to 190° C and grease the pan with butter.
  • Peel the potatoes, cut them into thin slices, and transfer them to a bowl.
  • Then add the butter and Parmesan, and season with salt, pepper, garlic, and thyme. Mix everything well.
  • Form small stacks from the slices and place them into the muffin tin. Finally, pepper them once more.
  • Bake the potatoes at 190° C for 55 to 60 minutes.
  • Remove the pan when the edges of the potatoes are golden and the center is tender.
  • Then let rest for 5 minutes, transfer to a plate, and finally sprinkle with Parmesan and thyme.
